Over the past year the same client question kept coming back: “Can this be done with AI?” Sometimes yes, sometimes no — and that difference tends to be the difference between hours saved and a burned budget.
Answering that honestly takes more than calling an API. That is why our AI work is technically led by someone who trains, evaluates and deploys models — and delivered by a team that has been shipping software since 2017. No project rests on a single person.
And that is also why our answer is sometimes “do not do this with AI”. We know it sounds odd coming from a vendor. It earns us better references than projects that get quietly switched off after a year.
Until we know what a process costs today, we cannot say whether AI pays off. The audit always comes first.
Every solution comes with a test set. Without one, “we improved it” is just a feeling.

Leads client communication and project management. He makes every collaboration transparent from the first meeting — a clear scope, visible progress and delivery as agreed. On AI projects his main job is the uncomfortable part: asking what exactly this brings the company and when it pays back.
